Commercial roofing

Flat and low-slope roofs on shops, offices, and small commercial buildings need a different assembly than a house. We inspect the membrane, drains, and edges, then recommend repair or replacement.

The proposal names the system, the penetrations, and how water is supposed to leave the roof so the building stays dry through the next storm season.

Gutters

Clogged or undersized gutters send water into the fascia and the basement. We install seamless gutters sized to the roof and, when you want them, guards that cut down on cleaning.

Gutter work is often paired with a roof replacement so the drip edge, hangers, and downspouts land in the right place the first time.

Siding

Siding is the wall’s weather layer. We replace worn panels, repair impact damage, and install soffit and fascia so the roof-to-wall joint stays closed.

Color and profile are chosen with the roof and trim, not as a separate catalog order that fights the rest of the house.

Windows

Old windows leak air and water at the same walls a new roof is supposed to protect. We replace windows as part of an exterior package or as their own project.

You get a clear count, style, and install plan before any opening is touched. Full-house replacements are quoted as one scope.

Storm damage

Wind and hail leave missing shingles, dented gutters, and wet sheathing. We inspect after the storm, photograph what is damaged, and separate emergency dry-in from the permanent repair.
